Best Chinese food for 200 miles. Good quality meat and veggies cooked and seasoned to perfection. Easy to miss and doesn’t impress from the outside, but inside is nice, clean and the service is exceptional. This will be a regular stop for me
Want good Chinese food? Check this place out. Locals do swarm the place so expect a small wait. They have books to read if you are interested. Great staff. I'm glad I stumbled onto this Gem.
Best chinese food in town. Friendly service and the food is very delicious. My new favorite spot here in Alturas...
We love this place and make a point to eat here every time we are in Alturas. The food is sooo good. The owner/staff are friendly and welcoming. Recommend getting the general chicken and the kung pao chicken to share so you get both the sweet and savory.
Delicious food, the daily specials are giant plates of food, perfect for one hungry person but it could feed 2. The atmosphere is very small town and family friendly.
Stopped in for dinner while I waa in Alturas. This place rocks! Authentic food, my Kung pow beef dish was excellent!
Stopped in mainly because there were more cars in the parking lot than any other food place. Walked in and there was one couple eating. I was nervous sitting down. The woman seated us, gave us menus, made small talk and gave us recommendations. She was very nice and personable. We ordered sesame chicken and orange chicken with half pork fried rice and chicken chow mien. Truly enjoyed everything. More than enough food, and it was so good we ate all of it! After dinner, the owner’s son came over and gave us fortune, cookies and carried on polite conversation. These folks were so nice! The food was great! Keep up the great work!
Ordered 2 meals because I thought for the price the portions would be smaller. Oh boy was I wrong (but at least I have dinner for tomorrow). The fried rice was delicious, rely the only complaint I have on the food was that the lemon chicken wasn't lemony enough. It was good, just more like sweet glaze chicken instead of LEMON. I asked for a few more cookies and got a huge grab! Not mad about that at all! Great little stop in a small town on a busy stretch of back hwy!
